Chisholm Academy Grade 12 Leadership Field Trip to GlobalMedic

On February 26, Ms. Laube and the Grade 12 Leadership Class participated in a community service trip to GlobalMedic in Oakville. GlobalMedic is a Canadian Charity founded in 2002 to provide humanitarian aid to people affected by poverty, disaster or conflict. They were tasked with filling and packing rice bags to send to local food banks throughout the GTA. Each student worked diligently and conscientiously and they filled 772 packages in under two hours, beating the previous Chisholm record. Well done crew, we are very proud of you all!
