Pink Shirt Day

On Friday, February 26, Chisholm Academy celebrated our annual Pink Shirt Day as a part of the anti-bullying and kindness-centred initiative.

Students all rocked the colour pink (with pink masks too!) and participated in a whole school assembly put on by Ms. Curic and the Equity Committee. Students reflected on actively participating in standing up for kindness and discussing how to instill change.

A BBQ lunch made the day so much more fun as students enjoyed burgers, hotdogs, chips and drinks with their cohorts.

Thank you to Ms. Curic, Mr. Mooney, Mrs. Bhasin and Mrs. Mihajlovska and the Leadership Class for preparing the BBQ.

Chisholm came together to raise $675.00 for KidsHelpPhone as our charity fundraiser – thank you to everyone who contributed!
