Welcome Back! Chisholm Academy Student Council Elections

On Friday, September 15th, Chisholm had our first Barbecue of the year. This barbecue was a lead up to our student council election speeches. We had some delicious hot dogs, burgers, and chips. The food was cooked by some of the candidates and enjoyed by students who also participated in a dress down day. After lunch, the students went back to class, but shortly returned to sit on the hill in our field and listen to the wonderful speeches from our candidates. One by one, they went up and delivered amazing speeches despite their nerves. Afterwards, the candidates received a huge round of applause and took some photos as a group while students returned to class to vote. Thank you to all the candidates and the students for attending, We hope you had fun!
